Refunds
Contact us regarding any returns as we determine each return on a case by case basis. Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom products are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact Treasures Embraced LLC within 48 hours via email and attach photos of damaged cross and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same conditions as originally received, undamaged, and in it's original packaging. Please retain cross and package until further notice. Damage will be evaluated by Treasures Embraced LLC for determination of refunds & replacements.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@treasuresembraced.com and contact Treasures Embraced for shipping & exchange details.
If product arrives damaged:
✧ Contact Treasures Embraced within 48 hours via email and attach photos of
damaged cross, original packaging, and detailed information of damaged
areas.
✧ Attach a copy of your original purchase invoice from. Please retain cross and
packaging until TE evaluates damage, at which time we will notify you regarding
status of cross replacement date. Please inform us if this is a rush order and
include date needed. Contact Treasures Embraced LLC via phone or email with
inquiries.
Conditions not covered in return policy
Crosses are very delicate and cannot stand alone. Please treat it like glass. For wall or easel display only. If one of my pieces if defective, you may return it for repair/replacement.
✧ Damage due to excessive pressure placed on cross when placing items in the
center. (See care and assembly instructions on our website.)
✧ Product subjected to extreme temperature changes, moisture, extended UV
light, and outdoor exposure. Indoor use only.
✧ Returns due to variations in product coloring or layout. Each cross is
individually handmade and unique; therefore, slight variations may occur.
✧ Custom-made and personalized crosses are nonrefundable.
Custom crosses cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipment. Notify me by email at info@treasuresembraced.com or call me at 201-602-3184 with your intent to return, reason why, and how to reach you. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be carefully packaged for return shipment. Postage and Insurance are non-refundable
It is our understanding that text, poems, prayers, etc., provided or chosen by the customer to Treasures Embraced LLC and our Affiliates is not subject to copyright and the text provided or chosen is either self-composed, in the public domain, or the customer has obtained granted permission from the copyright owner for such text to be used. Any prayers, poems, text, etc., chosen, written, & submitted by the customer to TE and our Affiliates must be either in the public domain or self-composed. Treasures Embraced LLC & Affiliates are not responsible for any copyright infringement on text provided by the customer. Each cross is individually handmade and unique, therefore slight variations may occur.
Custom Crosses:
Please print clearly and proofread your custom special order information as Custom Crosses are nonrefundable. Note: Any prayers, poems, text, etc., submitted by the customer to Treasures Embraced LLC and our affiliates must be either in the public domain or self-composed. It is our understanding that text provided which is subject to copyright, the customer has obtained granted permission from the copyright owner for such text to be used. Treasures Embraced LLC & our affiliates are not responsible for any copyright infringement on text provided to us by the customer. Thank you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
